Overview（概述）
Thissurgeryreplacesdiseasedanddamagedportionsofthehipwithimplantsdesignedtorestorefunctiontothehipjoint.
该手术用植入物替换髋关节病变和损坏的部分，以恢复髋关节的功能。
DamagedBoneRemoved（去除损坏的骨头）
Afterthefemur(thighbone)isseparatedfromthehipsocket,thedamagedballisremoved.
当股骨（大腿骨）从髋臼窝脱开后，将损坏的股骨头去除。
HipSocketCleaned（清理髋臼窝）
Damagedcartilageandboneareremovedfromthehipsocket.
将髋臼窝里损坏的软骨和骨头去除。
MetalShellInserted（植入金属臼杯）
Ametalshellispressedintothehipsocket.Theshellmaybeheldinplacewithbonecementorscrews.
将金属臼杯植入物压入髋臼窝。可能会使用骨水泥或螺钉固定臼杯。
LinerInserted（安装内衬）
Aplasticlinerislockedintothemetalshell,andtheartificialsocketis 然后术者集中精力植入股骨假体。首先，将股骨的近端挖空。
ImplantInserted（插入植入物）
Themetalimplantisplacedintothetopofthethighbone.Bonecementmaybeused.
