Overview（概述）
This 斜方肌拉伤撕裂是种常见的损伤。斜方肌是分布在背部、肩部和颈部的一组大肌群。这些肌肉被俗称为“陷阱”肌肉。
Anatomy（解剖）
Thetrapeziusisdividedintoleftandrightsides.Eachsideisfurtherdividedintosections.Thesespecializedsectionshelpmovetheshoulderblades,theneckandthehead.Thetrapeziusalsohelpscontroltheupperchestwhenapersonbreathes.
斜方肌分左右两侧，每侧又进一步分为几部分。这些特定的部分有助于活动肩胛骨、颈部和头部。当人呼吸时，斜方肌有助于控制胸腔的上部。
Causes（原因）
Trapeziusstrainsare 斜方肌扭伤通常因过度使用引起。长时间操作键盘或开车会使这些肌肉紧张。在耳朵和肩膀之间夹持电话，背很重的包或长时间使用乐器会导致斜方肌疼痛。举重或对抗性运动时这些肌肉也很容易损伤。
Symptoms（症状）
Symptomsofatrapeziusstraindependonwhichpartofthemuscleisinjured.Symptomsmayincludestiffness,soreness,andachingandburningsensations.Thispainmayradiatefromtheshouldersthroughtheupperbackandneck.Theinjuredareamayfeelwarmandtingly.Itmayswell.Thepersonmayhaveaheadache.Thesesymptomsmayworsenwithactivity.
斜方肌扭伤的症状取决于损伤在肌肉的哪部分。症状包括僵硬、酸痛、胀痛或烧灼感。疼痛从肩膀放射到背部和颈部。损伤部位会感觉发热和刺痛，可能肿胀。患者可能出现头痛。症状会因运动而加重。
Treatment（治疗）
Treatmentoptionsmayincluderest,iceandanti-inflammatorymedications.Physicaltherapyormassagetherapymayalsobere 治疗措施包扎休息，冰敷和消炎止痛药物。理疗或按摩也是受到推荐的。
